Had my Pacifica serviced at St. Charles Chrysler today and I had to take a moment to say what a great experience I had with their service department. Though they were really slammed with service customer and I had to take a moment to say what a great experience I had with their service department. Though they were really slammed with service customers, the staff was really on top of their game when it came to checking me in and writing up the work order.
