deceptive sales practice ,horrible experience Do not buy from this Dealer! Unprofessional and dishonest, went in with full intention of purchasing the advertised car, they slapped additional $2200 Do not buy from this Dealer! Unprofessional and dishonest, went in with full intention of purchasing the advertised car, they slapped additional $2200.00 and claimed we had to pay because they CERTIFIED the car over the weekend!! and we had to pay for it!! Sales manager came over and stated he would honor the advertised price, then another one came ten minutes later and said we had to pay the advertised price plus the additional $2200.00 !!they wasted hour and a half of our valuable time! They are simply con artists, so we left .they didn't care they lost a sale. We drove to downers grove to Max Madsen, and bought the exact make, model, color and left with the car within 30 minutes! More
Stay Away!!! Went to the dealer looking to get 2018 Cheokee's for my wife and I. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth with "Nikki" who I'm not sure even exist Went to the dealer looking to get 2018 Cheokee's for my wife and I. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth with "Nikki" who I'm not sure even exists. We arrive and the salesman, Edmund of course has no idea what we are talking about, and we start from square one. Edmund is nice enough to work up some numbers before we even test drive a vehicle, and of course the monthly payment isn't where we need it to be. Even though "Nikki" told us we could get within our budget of $500/month for the vehicles on a lease with roughly $1800 down each. So Edumnd offers to have us look at the 2018 Compass which would "fit within our budget." My wife test drives the car and does not like it so we leave. The next day I decide I would like to test drive one, and end up starting to work out a deal on a 2018 Compass Latitude. Now, I am looking to trade in my Nissan Sentra which has 7 payments left on it and have no idea how that works trading in a lease from another car maker, although "Nikki" said it was a very easy process. Once we agree on a number, and I pay my down payment of $1750, I am told that I would be refunded that amount to pay off my remaining payments on the lease for my Nissan. Fair enough. Then after signing all my paperwork I am told I have to drive my Nissan to a dealer and turn it in. When I ask about my disposition fee of $395 and any excess wear and tear, I get "oh, that's included in the buy out quote." Ummmm, no. After discussing the turn in process with a Nissan rep, it is quite clear I will be on the hook for the disposition fee and any excess wear and tear. Now, had this been brought to my attention before I signed the paperwork, not a big deal, I would have left without wasting 3 hours of my day. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They like to bait and switch hoping you will fall in love with a car and do whatever it takes to purchase/lease even if it means screwing the customer. More
Deceptive sales practices Called about a new Jeep they had listed on-line. Confirmed the price, asked about any extras, was told only other expense was a $172 dealer prep fee i Called about a new Jeep they had listed on-line. Confirmed the price, asked about any extras, was told only other expense was a $172 dealer prep fee in addition to the normal sales tax and license fees. Went the next morning to buy the car and the price was jacked up $2500 for paint protection, wheel locks and door edge guards. Lets call it what it is - dealer mark-up. They charged $300 for the wheel locks, any MOPAR dealer will sell you those same locks for $50 - and still make a profit. Door edge guards were listed at $200. You can buy the same kit on-line for $15 and install them in under thirty minutes. The paint and interior protection package of $2000 are of dubious value, and the "undercoating" is actually bad for your vehicle as it can trap moisture. While sitting in the dealership, heard the guy next to me complain about the same add-ons. BEWARE. More
Read this before purchasing or servicing your car at this de Do not buy a car from this dealership as they are dishonest and lack integrity!!! We have been long time customers at this dealership for many years. Do not buy a car from this dealership as they are dishonest and lack integrity!!! We have been long time customers at this dealership for many years. Apparently, they replaced out intake manifold under warranty however, we later found out that this repair was never completed. Now that our car is no longer covered under warranty, the Service Manager refuses to do the right thing and make this repair. They have committed fraud and I will need to seek legal action to get this resolved. I suggest anyone who has had their car serviced at this location verify that the work was actually completed. More

Dishonest people They lied to me about how to secure rebate and it cost me hundreds of dollars. I called Jeep directly and they said I was never eligible in the first They lied to me about how to secure rebate and it cost me hundreds of dollars. I called Jeep directly and they said I was never eligible in the first place. Dealership is dishonest, stay away. I normally wouldn't make such a big about a few hundred dollars, but their lying and their unwillingness to acknowledge their mistakes and make a deal to satisfy me is unacceptable. More
Horrible new car sales manager I went to the dealership to view a new Chrysler vehicle. After speaking with Dave, he has to get information from his manager, Manny Gonzalez. Speak I went to the dealership to view a new Chrysler vehicle. After speaking with Dave, he has to get information from his manager, Manny Gonzalez. Speaking with Dave further, I was introduced to Manny. From the beginning of the conversation he began to speak in a very demeaning way to me and questioned my motives in coming to the dealership. Manny was extremely unprofessional and rude and I do not see how he is in management with the company. He single handedly lost a sale of a vehicle for the dealership and lost any future business from me or anyone I know looking for a CDJ vehicle. He is the epitome of horrible customer service. More

Great experience with Rigo Moreno It was my first time buying a used car through a dealership. My friend recommended me to see sales representative, Rigo Moreno. I had been texting wit It was my first time buying a used car through a dealership. My friend recommended me to see sales representative, Rigo Moreno. I had been texting with Alexis Gross about the Jeep I was interested in a day before I went in, she was quick to respond and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. As soon as I walked into the dealership, Sam Barakat (manager) greeted me with joy. Rigo already had the car ready for me, he thoroughly explained everything about the car and answered all my questions and concerns. I ended up trading in my old vehicle and buying the Jeep -the process was easier than I expected. Rigo Moreno, and the entire team at this dealership made me feel very welcomed and they were very organized. I am very pleased with my Jeep, and business with this dealership. More
