Not a good experience- bought a car, brakes were squeaking. Took it back, they kept it for 5 days and we had to keep calling for updates. Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with! He did everything he could to get me the Wrangler I always wanted and was just as delighted as I was when I got it! Had my Pacifica serviced at St. Charles Chrysler today and I had to take a moment to say what a great experience I had with their service department. Though they were really slammed with service customer and I had to take a moment to say what a great experience I had with their service department. Though they were really slammed with service customers, the staff was really on top of their game when it came to checking me in and writing up the work order.
