First time financing. I personally should’ve done more research. I was rushed through the process. I wasn’t offered a test drive which resulted in me leaving with a car with bad brakes and rotors. I asked a lot of questions, and received confusing answers followed by a lot of big words I didn’t understand. I signed for a car listed at 12,900 but after getting home and calculating on my own I realized I’m paying 20k over 3 years. When I asked about the 20k on one form I was told, don’t worry about that number, just look at this. Technically it’s my fault for not walking out but I’ll make it work. More

DO NOT buy a car from this facility. Terrible customer service, the owner will argue with you and put all the blame and curse at you because no one can communicate properly. The price seems like a good deal but there is always something wrong with the vehicle and they charge ridiculous amounts for financing. They also sent me a used wheel when promised a new one in writing. if I could give 0 stars I would just the worst place I’ve ever experienced. More
