Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership ! Everyone was honest and straightforward. June was my salesman, he took the time out to go over ALL of my questions and concerns at a car dealership ! Everyone was honest and straightforward. June was my salesman, he took the time out to go over ALL of my questions and concerns, allowed me to test drive the car to make sure I felt comfortable in it. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything, which is refreshing in this industry. This was my first time buying a preowned car, so I was naturally a little nervous ! But everyone was outstandingly trustworthy, friendly and helpful. I truly felt like they actually cared if I left there happy or not. I went to 4 other dealerships before square one (which was truly a nightmare because I experienced rude salesman/managers not willing to help me at all) but, it was complete opposite experience at square one & now, Im so happy & left that day with my dream car !!!!! Well I definitely appreciated there concern. Went in at 9a and was driving away before noon. Insured and registered. Mel was fantastic, very clear on the terms and willing to work according to my terms. That sold me when he did everything to accommodate me according to my terms. Got a good car at a fair price but is was advertised online without fees. Paid $1895 in dealer prep charges & the car wasn’t even serviced. Had to take it to a local Toyota dealer for service. My reques online without fees. Paid $1895 in dealer prep charges & the car wasn’t even serviced. Had to take it to a local Toyota dealer for service. My request for reimbursement was ignored. Will stay in NY next time as dealer fees are strictly controlled. Overall, not a great experience for my daughter investing in her first car. More
