Mr Loud said this is how it works and proceeded to explain that I am the co-signer and CapitalOne is lying to me, cause that just how the contract is - with both names. I get that, but there are designated spots for the borrower and co-borrower. They also told me that a bank doesn't allow a customer to refinance.. the dealership has to do it (BS). Now I’m supposed to trust them to submit a new application for my daughter. fool me once, shame on you… This dealership knew I wasn’t taking a car off that lot in my name.
