Gabby made my first experience at a dealership so smooth and easy. She stayed late until 9pm to set me up so I could drive off the lot that day, btw it was a Saturday! This is one of the worst and most unprofessional business I’ve ever tried to work with. They are Advertising a 2018 Audi S4 online for $26,900, in the cars.com ad, the sellers notes explicitly states “Price I’ve ever tried to work with. They are Advertising a 2018 Audi S4 online for $26,900, in the cars.com ad, the sellers notes explicitly states “Price (s) include (s) all costs to be paid by the consumer, except for licensing, registration and taxes” When I called to ask them the out the door price, they said they were going to call me back but never did. When I called them for the price, they said it was a little over $33,000, which I immediately knew was not right. I asked why it was so high and the salesman informed me that the dealership charges an extra $3,000 if you have never purchased a car before. This is an obvious added fee for 99.9% of people looking for cars online who have never purchased a car from this dealer. When I called them out for it and asked why they are advertising a lower price that over 99% of people shopping online won’t qualify for and still claiming that “ Price (s) include (s) all costs to be paid by the consumer, except for licensing, registration and taxes”, the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and kept interrupting me. He literally told me “if I don’t like it I should go buy a car somewhere else and only call back if I want to buy a car from him” and then hung up on me. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. This business is using deceptive advertising tactics and management is extremely rude and unprofessional I would NEVER recommend doing business with them More

although Allen is a fairly new car salesman, any questions or concerns I had with my finance he made sure to get the answers for my husband and I.
