My daughter and I purchased a vehicle from square one auto. We traded a car in January 2025 5 months later they still did not pay off the traded in vehicle. Which caused my daughter to get numerous late auto. We traded a car in January 2025 5 months later they still did not pay off the traded in vehicle. Which caused my daughter to get numerous late payments that messed up her credit score.We notified square one auto numerous times and they kept saying they were going to pay it, but they never did so we finally had to go to civil court to file a complaint and also filed with the Better Business Bureau to get this resolved. We spoke to both managers numerous times Lee Morant And Melvin Morales. My advice is do not buy anything from this location or trade anything in. My daughter had to wind up paying for two vehicles. The one she bought from them and for the trade-in, Which she was barely able to afford, but had no choice because of The companies refusal to pay off the trade in vehicle. I would've gave them zero stars, but I had to put something. More
