Over Charged I was charged $370.00 for front brake pads and resurfacing rotors, not new rotors just resurfacing. I asked the technician to explain my bill and all I was charged $370.00 for front brake pads and resurfacing rotors, not new rotors just resurfacing. I asked the technician to explain my bill and all he could say was, 'the brakes were $64(or something close to that) and the other number is for the work we did'?! I asked for an itemized receipt and he would not get me anything other than the receipt that he had given me. I've called around and this is easily $100 more than anyone else in town. One of the sales guys at the dealership even said that seems a little high, ask if they may have made a mistake. I will not be returning to this dealership for service work and will definitely share this experience on social media sites. Almost $400.00 for front brake pads is absurd. More

From the sale to the finance my experience was great. Spurgeon had a great selection to pick from. It was a cold wintery day but the car i purchased was spotless inside and out. I had a super education on all the bells and whistles (I upgraded from a 1997 to a 2013) before I left the dealership. I would tell anyone looking for a car to go to Spurgeon Cheverolet. It is a clean, friendly place and easy to find. More
I have purchased my 4th new truck from this dealership since 2005 and always have been treated with dignity and respect. The employees are all friendly and courteous. I purchased my auto with 61,100 at 62k the tourque converter was bad took several talks a few trips to dealer and they first reprogrammed the trans that did not work . I then had them drive with me was told that if they cannot find a fix I would have to learn to give it more gas when driving.They took car for a week, a week later they replaced the converter under factory warranty. At 62,500 the power locks stop working not under warranty,a thump in front when taking off from parked position,and hum in front end on left side at 55 mph , and the power steering keeps cutting out.At this point Ihad enough you could tell they just put this car on the lot for sale without making sure it was free of problems.I was going to trade it in until the sales manager offered to fix all problems free of charge and what was not under warranty they would cover free of charge.A week and half later I call them they say pick it up but they didnt fix the hum being that if (they send the wheelbearing in even if it were the problem to gm and they say its fine then the dealership will have to pay for it)hince if its not covered they should of covered the cost as the sales manager said .Did not fix the thump from park they said was a loose strut,they said thump was gone but it did it while I was still in parking lot.They claim the power steering was cutting out due to a bad connection... So really after having my car for a week and a half all they fixed was the drivers front door power lock.oh also the passengers front door lock switch went bad as well.I will never buy a nother auto from this dealer nor will I ever have my autos serviced there.
