If you want a dealership that is going to find you the right car, this is the dealership to go to. The staff was very friendly, and also worked with me in ways I can't even explain. The price of the car was great, but also there was nothing major wrong with the car. I have bought 6 cars in the last 8 months, and always had a problem arise from other dealerships out there.. The car I purchased had nothing wrong with it when my wife and I bought it. They give a warranty on all their cars, and stand behind it. My wife is picky about her air condition, and they made it colder for her. All the staff there are excellent, but WILLE WESLEY is an amazing sales person. If you need a new or used car in the Colorado Springs area this is the place to go. Ask for WILLE and tell him Ryan sent you there. More

My experience stared off good, sales agent was pleasant and wonderful. However after car was purchased about 1 week later I hear a sound which made me concerned, called dealer to be told sorry you've gone and wonderful. However after car was purchased about 1 week later I hear a sound which made me concerned, called dealer to be told sorry you've gone past 1000 miles since car is still under warranty we suggest you take it to the Kia dealership. The dealership performed a courtesy check they found that the tires where cupped and all tires needed to be replaced then an alignment needing to be done (712.00 ) then the list goes on the shocks and struts need to be replaced (823.00 w/labor 1003.98), the ac belt is cracked (111.99 w/labor 151.99) then break and power steering fluids needing to be flushed (194.90). If your trying to run a good business then the products you sale should be good, I am left feeling very disappointed and cheated out of my money and when my concern was brought to there attention all they could say was " I'm Sorry " to me that was a slap in the face and I will share my experience with anyone I come across. Whom ever performed the check at Springs Automotive obviously missed it all. More
Spent four hours dealing with the Salesman and Sales manager. Everything was gong fine and we came to an agreement on the price. Save your time and go to a dealership that stands by their offers and has honorable business practices instead of waffling. More
As a returning customer I figured my dealership experience would be just as good as the first time. Looking at the Ford F250 was a breeze. Talking to the New sales guy and his shadow, a breeze. Then (as a former car salesmen) then numbers came out, not to bad, wanted a sale on first try but held out until the next day. Then within 10 days I had a water pump issue and it had to be replaced. Called the warranty company and they came and towed it away. Couple days later I got it back (4 days with out my truck including weekend) Got my truck back and New guy calls to see how I feel and if I am wanting to pass on his name for referrals. At this point I am still good to go. Then May 27th my engine light comes on, my turbo is not engaging and I had to limp the truck to Springs Automotive a second time. Well as it stands today June 4th I still have no truck due to more than one problem being discovered. I got a call on Weds May 29th to see how I was and responded that I am very frustrated that I had to bring my truck back in and was told "we will do everything we can to help you out and correct this". I have little irritation at the service guys as they are doing their job, an issue with the warranty guy who wanted to replace my turbo with a used turbo with more miles than my had, and the fact that I have been unable to drive my "NEW" to me truck for almost 12 days. I haven't even had this truck for a month yet. It is frustrating knowing that I had a very capable truck that needed minor thing done to it and didn't battle too much with the sales guys on my trade in value or list price of this truck and get treated like the poor ol" smuck I guess I am. Thanks but probably not gonna recommend these guys to my friends! More

We took a test drive, noticed a couple of things I didn't like, they took care of them no hassles, no questions.
