Follow up review from original posting I wrote a terrible review about this dealership a few weeks back because they said they would fix my vehicles "check engine" light on the 2008 Hyunda I wrote a terrible review about this dealership a few weeks back because they said they would fix my vehicles "check engine" light on the 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe I bought from them back in July of this year. Well low and behold, who calls me a couple days later offering to fix my vehicle after all; (3 months later) They told me back then that it was an emissions part which they would order and have in, in a "couple days" and i never heard from them again, and was ignored when i called them several times about it. I took it in the following weekend and they took care of it. I would like to apologize for one of my very rude comments i said in the end of my first review, when i told them (S.A.G) to "burn in xxxx",, that was way out of line, you just don't say that kind of xxxx to anyone; i was really angry, and let my temper get the best of me as i am too impulsive. But as far as everything else i said, i ill always defend. I Apologized to Shanna personally that day, now i apologized to the rest of the staff. I am grateful that they "finally" fixed my vehicle; but would i recommend them to others? No. Will i ever buy from them again ? Definitely not; the damage was already done when they seemingly blew me off and more less ignored all my calls. Also, its pretty sad that one has to resort to writing a bad review about a business to finally get the result they were told would be resolved asap. Also, i am still stuck with a broken C.D. player, and a blown speaker, which i discovered a couple days after purchasing the vehicle, and was also told "we will take care of it" Paul Lambert More
Two bad experiences when looking to replace two vehicles. I visited the store on Wednesday, 11/3. I first contacted the store via E-mail and then with 2 phone calls to both a sales person and the Sales Manag I visited the store on Wednesday, 11/3. I first contacted the store via E-mail and then with 2 phone calls to both a sales person and the Sales Manager to confirm that there were 2 specific vehicles for sale on your lot that I could view. I live an hour away and didn't want my time wasted by not seeing these vehicles. The Sales representative assured me that both vehicles were on the lot and would be clean and ready for me to view at 5:00 PM . Before I left to drive out, the sales manager called (which I appreciated) and wanted to see if there was anything I needed. I told him about the 2 vehicles I wanted to see (a 2008 King Ranch Expedition EL, and an Escalade). He confirmed both would be prepped and ready. Upon my arrival, the King Ranch Expedition that I wanted to see was not on the lot. In fact, it had been sold over a week ago. The Sales manager brought me to view same year Expedition but a Non-King Ranch, Non-EL model to test drive. Not what I asked for, so I then asked for the Cadillac Escalade that was to be there. He took me to the back portion of their repair shop parking lot to see the Cadillac which was absolutely filthy with trash, dirt, and spare parts. Neither the Sales person or the manager who called me on the phone, mentioned that the Cadillac was not ready for sale. After the wrong Expedition was shown and after the Escalade was shown, the Sales person left to go talk to his sales manager. The Manager never came out to apologize, he sat behind the glass in the office while I stood in the waiting area. The manager never came out to talk about the inventory at another location that I had asked to see or offered to bring the vehicle down for a test drive. So I left realizing that I would never be back to this establishment. I explained to their Sales that this was two strikes against his establishment. He had the audacity to say, "well don't you generally get three strikes? " I left shortly after that comment, keeping my expressions to myself. As a result, I purchased two vehicles at two other stores, Mike Shaw GMC and Crown Auto. Great experiences at both places. Definitely would not recommend this location -Dale More
Happy with my car and salesman Derek I actually really liked this place. My salesman Derek was very kind and helpful. The warranty offered on their used cars is a plus.
