I was recommended to the Springs Automotive Group via a mutual friend of the owner, Guy. I was put in touch with Guy first, who was extremely accommodating and very easy to deal with and to talk to...not your "regular" salesman/owner. I already knew which vehicle I would be looking at and they had it ready for me when I got there. They allowed me to take it for a few hours instead of a few minutes. Guy put me in touch with Abby, who was so stellar during the process then we were transferred over to Estevan who continued the great experience for my wife and I. We traded in our vehicle and paid outright for the one we wanted. They touched up the paint for us so I had to be in touch with the SAG; Service Center, specifically Melanie, who was extremely nice and didn't show a hint of impatience. The paint on the car wasn't the greatest, but after several hours of waiting, it seriously looks incredible now. This has BY FAR been the best dealership experience I have ever had. I think I can say that for my wife as well. We will be using them again in the future, without a doubt. Special thanks to Guy, Abby, Estevan, Lucas, Melanie and the contract auto body painter.
