DId not have what I wanted, but found something better I visited Springs Automotive to buy an orange Dodge Challenger. Unfortunately, it was sold before I could get there. I did notice an Orange 2013 FJ C I visited Springs Automotive to buy an orange Dodge Challenger. Unfortunately, it was sold before I could get there. I did notice an Orange 2013 FJ Cruiser and Keith and Willie worked with me to make sure I could get the ride that day! I am also very pleased with their response to a few minor issues that came up after the deal. Justin was upfront on all the financing options and worked hard to get me what I needed. The only negative is that they have so many cars and so many customers, it is tough to find a place to park so you can browse! A small price to pay, though, for top notch attention and service. More

Got it home let it sit for a day the battery was dead and wouldn't start. The battery and alternator was bad. That would have been nice to know. They over price their inventory and all they care about is money. Don't take their word for anything. More

Was referred-- wanted to purchase a replacement vehicle from one that had been totaled due to other party's reckless driving. Six months after that crash, body continues to remain a mess but I needed a vehicle mostly for doctor appointments. Man o man did this place smell my eagerness and ignorance!! I wanted something to feel safe in. They decided only to consider parts of my want list, rather than the full scope. I was rushed and fed all the"buzz" and hype... these people are HUNGRY for your $$!!! Of course I play a role- my error was not researching the vehicle ...but conveniently for them, my Verizon LTE data ceased to exist at their location (& of course no wifi, no alternative offered). Can I say overlooked red flag any louder?! After purchasing with 1/2 cash payment, I discovered the owner charged 2x+ the average value for the vehicle (they got the last of my cash for a replacement vehicle and it SUCKED). To take the cake (my loss/ their win all over again) I was so displeased with the entire purchase that I returned for a trade-in on a larger, safer vehicle two (2) days later. Brian the owner literally offered 3/4 trade in value from the original purchase price... which was verbatim "the best we can do because the vehicle isn't worth the price you paid". This was TWO days later. Wow!! No matter, dudes sticker price is heavily Spiked and final- no negotiations, nothing. The profit he made off me is obscene!! Repeat: OBSCENE!!!!! I highly suggest a less piranha-esque establishment. More
