Need better representation of vehicles I bought a 09 dodge ram 3500 diesel first thing is the salesman told me how the vehicles under go a 5 point inspection witch put my mind at ease. A we I bought a 09 dodge ram 3500 diesel first thing is the salesman told me how the vehicles under go a 5 point inspection witch put my mind at ease. A week after I purchased veichle check engine came on and off randomly witch I figured it could be that it needed service did the service and it seemed to stop lol over 2000 miles it came on again and that's when I took it to Venom diesel and was told that the emissions equipment was bad also that ball joints were bad and shocks I got a second opinion and was told the same. I have come out of pocket a total of $8,000 but am happy with truck now. I feel better representation of the dealer and their product could better this dealership so far my brother and sister have had issues with their vehicles as well I personally won't purchase a veichle here since then have bought another diesel and am very happy with it and dealer. I hope my criticism and story help better this dealer for future customers. Thank you much for your attention. More
