I found a 2019 Ram 1500 that I wanted to look at. Kyle worked to get the truck moved from their dealership in Englewood to Colorado Springs and kept me updated along the way. She was awesome, she answered all my questions on the history of the truck and about the truck and she never tried to push me or persuade me, which is a big deal to me. I like to sell myself on big purchases, I don't like to be pressured. They gave me a fair trade on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, a little more than market value estimates but a little less than I would have liked, like I said, fair. The entire experience was the shortest experience I've ever had at a dealership which I owe to Kyle and Abby just being incredibly easy to work with and me already knowing what I wanted. For as long as I am in the Colorado Springs area I will always recommend Springs Auto Group, Kyle, and Abby. More

The staff is very knowledgeable. My sales reps name was Randy. He told me from the beginning he wouldn't sell something he wouldn't drive himself. I thought yeah right I s8gn you get commission done and done. Well as could be expected minor things came up. Not only do they have their own shop full of talented mechanics. They let me drive a loaner for the three days my truck was in the shop. I didn't purchase a warranty and needed front end work, I got two quotes one from a local guy and one from Springs. Yes Springs was cheaper and were done 6days faster then they expected and a week earlier than the other guy quoted. Hands down best experience buying anything I've ever had. More
