RUN AWAY, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE These guys are LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS. They will SAY ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE. Then proceed to not deliver on the majority of their promises. For in These guys are LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS. They will SAY ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE. Then proceed to not deliver on the majority of their promises. For instance, KEVIN THE OWNER IS DISHONEST. Wanted some cash in his hands. Then allocated it as the states dealer handling of $300. (WHY WAS THE OWNER ITCHING FOR CASH?)Guess what showed up in my loan paperwork, a dealer handling charge. Essentially HE POCKETED THE REQUESTED CASH AND THEN ADDED IT BACK INTO THE LOAN. Equivalent of THEFT. Stated verbally that he would sell the car at $X price then placed $Y price in the written loan paperwork. Promised to fix the few found defects with the car on the 'WARRANTY'. .... WHAT WARRANTY? Actually Fixed the door lock and then scratched the car in the process... TOTAL OF UNDELIVERED WARRANTY PROMISES = over $1500 Waited until after the nice verbal sales pitch to say I was unable to drive off in the car if I didn't get insurance immediately, then while I was on the phone with insurance pushed all sorts of paperwork in my face and demanded it couldn't wait. He was pushy because he was lying. That's was "Kevin" the owner. How about Dave the sales guy. Initially seemed nice but you can tell something is a bit off about the guy. Kept talking about the low price (that I was screwed out of) Promised the marks on the hood were just leftover car wax. If they weren't the NON EXISTING Warranty would cover it and the couple other noticeable things. BLEW UP ON ME IN THE STORE WHEN I STATED I WOULD BE WRITING A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE THEY LIED! Just emailed me a happy 1 year anniversary of being screwed over. Yea, happy happy, joy joy. More

I visited two other dealerships where my experience was the typical "used car" high-pressure salesman pushing sub-standard vehicles. With some reluctance I visited Dave Prezant at Springs Automotive Group, but much to my relief the experience I had working with Dave and his staff was excellent. He was professional, pleasant, very easy to work with, and was not high pressure at all. I highly recommend Dave and his staff at Springs Automotive Group, and am confident you will find everyone as pleasant to work with as I did. More

Bought the car in Denver but with contingencies it have new tires, chip in windshield fixed, and keyless entry remote provided. The staff was extra friendly, patient and courteous. They gave us a great deal on our GMC Yukon and trade in, without the pressure. They suggested we have the added work done in the Springs as this would be more convenient for us, since we live there. After about a week and a half I contacted the dealer in Colorado Springs. I have to admit I was not too friendly. I had this feeling in the back of my mind that, now that the deal was done, the dealership would just forget about us and we would be stuck with all kinds of litigation issues, to get them to finalize our deal in a satisfactory manner. Regardless of my harsh manner of addressing them, they remained were very professional and courteous. They informed me they had only gotten the paperwork the night before. Dale got the needed information from us as far as the correct tire size and the next day, by noon,.all the additions had been done and my fears were put to rest. Being senior citizens we have experienced some very shady dealers in our day, but I have to give Springs Automotive the best rating we have ever received as far as friendliness, courtesy, and reliability. It's sad to say but now-a-days a lot of dealers will tell you what you want to hear and when it comes down to delivering they forget you all together. Springs Automotive restored my faith in the old form of customer service. I felt so bad I had to call and apologize for my abrasive manners. More
