We truly regret your perception of our dealings here, but unfortunately they're unfairly myopic. You did your research, and found the car that you wanted at a reduced price that you negotiated. You came here, test drove, and purchased the car that you wanted at the price you wanted. You don't like how the car shifts, but unfortunately, that is how the car you researched and chose to purchase shifts as designed. The vehicle is still under full factory warranty, which you understood, and even went so far as to bring it to the dealer to have the shifting concern addressed, it was inspected, and found to have no issues, they then reported "The 500X's throttle response is good. The little SUV has enough power for fast highway runs and maneuvers in traffic. The "sport" mode adjusts the engine, transmission, and steering for quicker response. The normal setting is adequate, but it exacerbates the transmission's tendency for rough shifts." We would love to be able to cure this problem but even the new car dealerships service department agrees there is no problem. We can't fix what is not broken. We have given you options but you refuse to accept them. We stand behind all our vehicles but your concern is with the manufacturer not us. Thanks. Best Regards, Management

You once again, are not addressing one of the main issues, your salesman lied to me. I brought up my concern during the test and he pushed it under the rug just like you are doing now. Had he been honest with me and told me up front that the car will shift poorly I would not have bought it. Instead he told me that the problem would be resolved after I drove it for a little or “got used to how it drives” the problem has not been resolved after 3 weeks of driving the car and I feel lied to. I also now feel threatened as your administraitive manager just texted me saying. “I better watch what I post online” your company is a joke and I stand by my opinion that you are all liars. And I hope others take my warning— FOR YOUR SAKE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologize for the bad experience you may have had. We strive for excellence and perfection but unfortunately it is easier said then done. I did some research on your issues and found out that the damage on the car was disclosed to you before the car was brought from our sister store. You were aware it had some hail damage and that the vehicle was priced accordingly. We even helped you get the hail fixed at our cost. It did take a little longer for the work to be done but we are at the mercy of the shop that fixed the hail. They did an excellent job on the hail and you were satisfied. There was a delay in delivering your car the day you came for delivery due to misplaced keys, but we were able to locate them and get you on your way. There are a lot of moving parts in a car dealership and we train daily to avoid these type situations. I do apologize for the problems but if there is something we can do to rectify any problems you have with us please don't hesitate to talk to management. I hope you have many enjoyable years with your new car. Best Regards, Management

Thank you for the reply. The hail damage was actually fixed at my cost. My credit card was charged the day we picked up the car for the hail repair. It would have helped us feel a lot better about it if the dealership would have indeed had it done at your cost. Overall, however, we are happy with the car. We were just disappointed with the lack of professionalism throughout the process.
