A few days after I purchased it, the check engine light went on. Joe immediately arranged for it to be taken in for service at no charge to me. Service replaced several components but Joe was not satisfied with the outcome so he had the car taken to the dealership where they ran a full inspection and replaced even more parts. Joe really stands by his product. I unreservedly would recommend Springs Automotive Group to anyone. They really set the bar in the used car market! More

Dream come true I wanted to buy a new Dodge Challenger. I found one online that I really liked. It was a 2018 Dodge Challenger Sxt. Baby blue. I called the dealership I wanted to buy a new Dodge Challenger. I found one online that I really liked. It was a 2018 Dodge Challenger Sxt. Baby blue. I called the dealership and talked to Dan Blevins. He was very helpful. He sent me all the information on the car. Later that day I went down to the dealership and spoke with Dan and Joe. They were very helpful. I was accompanied by my wife and young son. They gave my son toys to play with while the paper work went through. The whole process was fast and easy. They crunched the numbers and I now drive my dream car. I give the dealership and the staff 5 stars. The car is badass!!!!!! More

Excellent experience, knowledgeable friendly staff I was a serious buyer and knew what I was looking for. I did my research before hand on the vehicle. I had stopped at a different dealership earlier i I was a serious buyer and knew what I was looking for. I did my research before hand on the vehicle. I had stopped at a different dealership earlier in the day to look at a similar vehicle that, ended up having some mechanical issues. When I addressed the issue with the salesperson there they were unaware of the severity of the problem and had never heard of it. That was not the case here. The quality of the vehicles on the lot speaks volumes. I dealt with Dan and Joe, and was pleased with their knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. I felt relaxed and was able to take the time I needed to decide if this was the vehicle I wanted. We were able to make an agreement on the vehicle, without all the game playing people associate with purchasing a car. I live about 100 miles from them and would gladly buy from them again on my next purchase. More

I’m not sure they even checked this car to make sure it was ready for sale. Left the dealership and only made it a few blocks before the service 4wd light came on. Granted the dealership fixed it, and delivered it to the house, but even with it spending a week in their hands they failed to notice the fog lights on the car did not work because they weren’t even hooked up , the automatic lights only work half the time, and a cold start on this car sounds like a woman being murdered. So thanks springs, you sold a great one. More
