Good morning. We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment with your service visit. I did speak with my Service Manager as well as your Advisor. They explained that your car is fairly dated and the inspection had to be extra thorough to make sure that everything required to pass inspection did pass inspection. Unfortunately, this did add extra time to the appointment. We were sorry that in the end, we had to fail it due to the brake light. I apologize if this was not explained to you in more detail so that you would know what was going on. You are right, we certainly did not need to perform the 36 point inspection twice in one day, so we are sorry for that. As far as the follow up visit, when you arrived the technician that performed the original inspection was out and that same technician has to perform the follow up inspection. I do believe there may have been some miscommunication with the scheduling and our technician's schedule for that day. We definitely understand your overall frustration and understand these circumstances are aggravating to you, our valued guest. I am happy to offer you $20 off of your next scheduled oil change to help make up for this.
