I scheduled an oil change & tire rotation. I also requested them to check out a noise. The front end was intermittently making a slight noise/humming sound. The guys and gals at Youngblood are always very friendly and most of them know me by name when I walk in the dealership! I felt he gave us constant, appropiate updates on the service and understood our problems concerning the replacement of the wiring ha Andy Burkemper. Andy is caring, friendly and gave timely advice to updates needed to keep our pickup in top running order and at no time pressured to have unnecessary service. He and all the advisors seemed to go out of their way to provide the best customer service. I highly recommend Youngblood Nissan service department. More

Youngblood also insured that I got to work on time - which was extremely important for me on 8/26/11 due to previsouly scheduled appointments. Andy, the Service Staff (including the Youngblood driver who got me to work on time) were FANTASTIC! I purchased my 2010 new Murano at Youngblood and received excellent customer service from the Sales staff. Andy and the Service Department Staff have demonstrated that EXCELLENT Customer Service is part of the Youngblood experience.
