Andy is caring, friendly and gave timely advice to updates needed to keep our pickup in top running order and at no time pressured to have unnecessary service. He and all the advisors seemed to go out of their way to provide the best customer service. I highly recommend Youngblood Nissan service department. More

Youngblood also insured that I got to work on time - which was extremely important for me on 8/26/11 due to previsouly scheduled appointments. Andy, the Service Staff (including the Youngblood driver who got me to work on time) were FANTASTIC! I purchased my 2010 new Murano at Youngblood and received excellent customer service from the Sales staff. Andy and the Service Department Staff have demonstrated that EXCELLENT Customer Service is part of the Youngblood experience. I will definately recommend Youngblood to other potential customers both for Service and for a new vehicle purchase. More

Andy Burkemper was our service advisor today for our murano. He was very pleasant and offered me water on such a hot day. His time estimate was within 10 minutes. Overall, the experience was great. We had a great experience buying our Nissan.
