I spoke to Andy Burkemper, a service adviser, in the service department about needed service on my Nissan Frontier LE Crew Cab 4x4. I had purchased the vehicle from this dealership when it was new. Andy was very courteous and well informed as to the services that should be performed. I scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Since I was coming from out of town, Andy had a couresy vehicle ready for me to use while my vehicle was in the shop. Andy kept me informed as to the progress on vehicle while it was being serviced. When the work was completed, Andy called me to advise me I could pick up the vehicle at my convenience. My experience with the dealership was both pleasant and satisfying. After driving my vehicle, I am completely satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. I had aproblem with my 2005 Titan,Nissan Corp. was working on including in a recall that did not include my Vin #.(Same problem as recalled parts but different supplier). Youngblood has stepped up alittle in my two most recent visits. They washed my vehicle, had it ready when promised, gave me a loaner for the day. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
