Andy and Sean were both awesome! They helped me with getting my car's furry friends(rodents) moved out of the duct work and getting my blower motor replaced. They made sure that I had a rental car after waiting hours for the insurance company to call me back. I do not know the names of the guys that worked on my car but they were also awesome in returning my car to me cleaner than what I dropped it off with everything working beautifully!! My son had only five days of leave for Christmas. He had problems with his Sentra and had to have it ready to drive 1200 miles back to base in North Carolina. They had the problems taken care of the next morning. I can't begin to express how much this meant to me and my family. It seems a little thing to try to get the job done quickly. But this is my only son, we have just a very few days during the entire Christmas season to spend together. He will be in Afghanistan just four months. Every minute together is more precious than diamonds or gold. This dealership and Andy personally took the time to listen to our situation and made sure--not just if it worked out, BUT MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!--my son's car had a man waiting for him to get there. My son and all our men and women in the military serve our country--that means us--every man, woman and child--and sometimes die for us!!!!!!!!!! To my family, to me, it literally takes my breath and no words can completely express our thanks. They helped him and made one of OUR service men know that his sacrifice is recognized and appreciated. Freedom is not free. Someone has to do all the hard things that gives the rest of us AMERICA!!!!!!! This dealership did not do business. They took care of one of America's protectors. They did it quietly, with dignity and didn't make my son feel like some kind of charity case. BUT THEY DID IT IN A WAY THAT WAS CLEAR TO ME, THEY WERE GOING TO GET IT DONE AND NOTHING WAS GOING TO INTERFERE WITH OR STOP THEM FROM GETTING IT DONE. I spoke to Andy Burkemper, a service adviser, in the service department about needed service on my Nissan Frontier LE Crew Cab 4x4. I had purchased the vehicle from this dealership when it was new. Andy was very courteous and well informed as to the services that should be performed. I scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Since I was coming from out of town, Andy had a couresy vehicle ready for me to use while my vehicle was in the shop. Andy kept me informed as to the progress on vehicle while it was being serviced. When the work was completed, Andy called me to advise me I could pick up the vehicle at my convenience. My experience with the dealership was both pleasant and satisfying. After driving my vehicle, I am completely satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. I had aproblem with my 2005 Titan,Nissan Corp. was working on including in a recall that did not include my Vin #.(Same problem as recalled parts but different supplier). Youngblood has stepped up alittle in my two most recent visits. They washed my vehicle, had it ready when promised, gave me a loaner for the day. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
