I have delt with this dealership since 1982 when I purchased my first new car. Many things have changed over the years, but the change I see now has got to be the best I've seen in all the years. I purchased my first new car. Many things have changed over the years, but the change I see now has got to be the best I've seen in all the years. I have avoided the dealership like the flu unless the was no way out of dealing with them in the past. But now it seems like an old friend I see when I go there. The service bay staff were awesome and really friendly. They are no longer those stiff company people that are afraid to laugh a little and poke fun at issues. But then how many customers come in because of wildlife taken out by their car lol and then twice in a 4 week period. Both times everyone was great to work with from the service bay to the cashier. Always communicating to what was going on and being sure I didn't go thirsty. The first wildlife visit required replacement of the radiator and needed to wait on parts. Knowing I was left with some not so great transportation and having to travel 100 miles round trip with a gas hog, to my suprise my car was done about 4 days sooner than promised because my part was overnighted and worked on the next day. I say thats going the extra step to getting a customer back in their own car. More

We were on our vacation to Ohio and our oil light came on. We were in a hurry and stopped by the dealership from learning about them on the internet and they were friendly and very efficient. They chang on. We were in a hurry and stopped by the dealership from learning about them on the internet and they were friendly and very efficient. They changed our oil and also rotated our tires and made sure that everything was in order for us to continue our vacation and was very timely. We really appreciated them taking care of us since we tried to get our dealership to do it in Texas before we left and they assured us that everything was fine. It was an interruption in our vacation but one we were made to feel very comfortable with because of the way they treated us. Andrew went out of his way to accommodate us and keep us informed. More
My 2006 Nissan Titan had run out of fuel. It was towed to Youngblood's. I was unaware of three recalls on my Titan. One of them was related to the fuel system. Two of the recalls were completed and the service department called me and told me my truck still would not run. They wanted to know if I wanted a diagnostic done on my truck. Guess which recall had not been completed at the time of this phone call, you guesssed it, the fueld system!! I advised them to perform the last recall and call me back. When they called me back my truck worked fine. I had foiled their attempt to milk money out of me for an unneeded diagnostic! When I went to pick up the truck I knew I would be paying for some fuel. I was charged $20.00 for fuel. After I settled my bill I went out to my truck, The gas gauge was on EMPTY! They had only added a few miles to the odometer. The gauge was so low I was afraid I would not make it half a block to the service station north of the dealership. I filed a formal complaint with Nissan and never heard a word out of this dealership or corporate Nissan! I would recommend Nissan as a vehicle, I would NOT recommend this dealership for anything! I bought my Nissan Frontier new from Youngblood Nissan in Springfield August of 2007. I have been so happy with this truck. about three weeks ago I noticed a shifting jerk in the truck so I took it to the se Springfield August of 2007. I have been so happy with this truck. about three weeks ago I noticed a shifting jerk in the truck so I took it to the service department at Younblood's. They had one of their technicians test drive and evaluate what was causing the problem. He was up front with me and checked everything when we got back and it was my transmission. My truck only had 85,000 miles but was out of warranty. I was disappointed this happened right when my warranty was up and low mileage. I bought Nissan for its reputation. They told me call and make a case for assistance and the regional didn't come through for me saying I didn't get all of my service done at dealership and maintenance flushes. I live in Branson which is 45 minutes away from Springfield and working 3 jobs I couldn't spend half a day to bring it to the dealership. My son was diagnosed with autism and My wife and I had to give him extra doctor visits, specialist and medication that insurance would not pay for. With my hands tied the dealership Shawn and Lucas took the matters in their hands. They looked over my situation and the fact of standing behind their product of Nissan being one of the most well made vehicles. They helped get my truck fixed and bent over backwards for me in the crisis I was in. I can't say enough and have never been treated better as a customer in all of my life. They are first class and I would definetly recommend or put 5 stars towards Lucas Walker (Client Advisor) for his professional, friendly and dedicated work!!! I hope I can spread the word to everyone to do business with Youngblood Nissan!!! More

Recently moved to Springfield from Colorado. Within a week of arrival to town, my vehicle started having troubles. Took my car to Youngblood Service Department. The way I was treated was fantastic from beginning to end. Repairs ended up being less than originally quoted and car was done 1 day earlier than expected. They even gave me a brand new vehicle as a rental with no extra cost for the rental. Sometimes having your vehicle worked on can be stressful for women. Youngblood's service department treated me with respect and I will be taking my car there for all repairs in the future! More
