The work I requested was done in a timely manner and notice a couple of things that needed to be done at no-charge. Only high quality service professionals can do that! above and beyond i asked for a seat to be complimentary vacuumed and they did the whole floorboard too! Excellent service Just had my new vehicle there for it's first service and everyone I spoke with were very pleasant and did a great job. The initial bill came out showing synthetic oil when it only had the Nissan recommended oil put in so took a few minutes to get that straight which was no big deal however the young lady in the cashiers office took $10.00 off the bill for the wait. Hadn't expected that and it was a very kind thing to do. They also washed the vehicle which also wasn't expected. We'd just returned the day before from a trip of 3997 miles on the vehicle from start to finish so my next stop was going to be a car wash. Great job to all there and thanks. Jerry More

Shawn ,Chase, and all the service writers are top notch. Professional, courteous, and thorough at their jobs. Same can be said about the people in the shop. Certainly great service Travelling through Missouri when I noticed a fog light was out. Stopped into the dealership as I wanted to be sure to get correct replacement as well Travelling through Missouri when I noticed a fog light was out. Stopped into the dealership as I wanted to be sure to get correct replacement as well as having it installed. Even though it was lunchtime they quickly took my info. They did do a quick wheel alignment assessment and advised me of the results. They also did an overview of fluid levels, washed my car and left a bottle of cold water in the cup holder!! Meanwhile they had escorted me to a waiting area with comfortable chairs, a TV, free snacks and coffee and water. Of course the new Nissans in the showroom captured my eye and I checked them out! Smart marketing and great service! An hour later I was on the road to continue my journey. I felt comfortable that I got satisfactory service of my vehicle and that I could continue on home safely! More
Great Service I purchased my wife's 2011 Nissan Juke on the Kia lot of John Youngblood Kia. Right down the road is Youngblood Nissan. To be honest my experience p I purchased my wife's 2011 Nissan Juke on the Kia lot of John Youngblood Kia. Right down the road is Youngblood Nissan. To be honest my experience purchasing the vehicle was mixed. The young man that assisted me in purchasing the vehicle was actually more familiar with Kia then Nissan and there were some inaccuracies with what he told me about the vehicle that I found out later were not correct. I understood that there was a recall on timing chains on the 2011 Juke vehicles and I wanted to make sure that it was taken care of after I purchased it. The salesman called someone then he insured me that our vehicle was not covered under this recall because it was VIN specific and our car was in the clear. A few days later I took the car to Youngblood Nissan to have it checked out completely because my wife will be on the road by herself and I wanted to make certain that it was safe and road worthy. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Youngblood Nissan. I found out that our car was in fact part of the recall and that the timing chain and guides were completely replaced prior to it going on the sales lot. I had a complete inspection done, and the transmission service also done during my visit. I am now confident that the car is completely safe for my wife to drive on the highway by herself. I was totally impressed by my service adviser Eric and the customer service I received at this Nissan dealership. I did not have an appointment but I was still treated to exceptional customer service. What can I say, Eric is the best!! More
