Oil change, attempt to purchase Very expensive for an oil change and tire rotation. I watched other vehicles come back being washed, mine didn’t. Also watched other cars be brought i Very expensive for an oil change and tire rotation. I watched other vehicles come back being washed, mine didn’t. Also watched other cars be brought in the garage section for pick-up. Mine was drove around the garage on the opposite side of the door. This is the same service you can get from Walmart for $50 less. Not impressed at all. This is also the dealership we originally went to to purchase and were told they would never be able to get us in the monthly payment range we needed. Ended up going to a different Nissan dealership and not only got the monthly payment we needed but also a much better offer for our trade as well as a better interest rate. I will never again attempt to purchase any vehicle here nor pay the ridiculous price for an oil change and tire rotation here again. More

Service repairs within 45 days of purchase no charge We bought a 2009 Nissan Murano. Within first week, we had a bad tire sensor. We took it to repairs. And it was fixed no charge. A few weeks after tha We bought a 2009 Nissan Murano. Within first week, we had a bad tire sensor. We took it to repairs. And it was fixed no charge. A few weeks after that, we noticed the front windshield washer didn't work. We took it back. And they replaced both front washer nozzles with no charge. Chase Wells in service has been very friendly and has helped us every since we bought our car. We would recommend Youngblood service. They will take care of you. More

Wonderful Experience Had an urgent situation with my transmission while out doing errands, and drove directly to the dealership with two dogs in the car. From the guys I encountered in the parking lot who told me to pull into the service bay, to the young woman at the rental counter, to my technician Chase Wells - everyone was extremely helpful and personable without being obsequious. Many employees helped with my large dogs (one mine, one a friend's), who were very excited and therefore a real handful. I apppreciated that so much! The facility is squeaky-clean, with a pleasant waiting area with free coffee, refridgerated bottled water, and t.v. It was also clear that employee morale throughout the business was really great - and that's an indicator, imo, of a thriving, decent business. I highly recommend Youngblood Nissan and look forward to any future dealings with them! More

I wasn't told I needed anything done today, which I requested at one time awhile back. We have not always seen eye to eye on this issue; but since the Service Manager got involved, I have no problems anymore. I bought my car in 2001 and received the perk of oil changes that run $11 to $13 that is honored every time I take it in. They even left me a bottle of water in the seat with the rate them card. I drove off a happy woman. More
