First Visit Daniel took excellent care of me. It just so happened that I needed my license plates mounted at about the same time that I needed a tire checked for Daniel took excellent care of me. It just so happened that I needed my license plates mounted at about the same time that I needed a tire checked for a slow leak. I asked Daniel if they would mind putting on the plates, he said "no problem" without hesitation. My experience was pleasant and efficient; the cost was reasonable, and so was the wait (I didn't have an appointment). I will return. Laura, the associate who took my payment, was friendly and courteous. More

Juke wouldn’t start, took them a week to figure out The woman I first contacted was super friendly and helpful. I’m a freshman in collage and I’m 3 hours away from my family. My 2011 Juke wouldn’t start The woman I first contacted was super friendly and helpful. I’m a freshman in collage and I’m 3 hours away from my family. My 2011 Juke wouldn’t start and wouldn’t jump. It took them a week to even get it started and they tried out a lot of different things. They charged almost $400 dollars just to replace my sparkplugs. They did some extra work we didn’t ask for but didn’t charge us. Overall the customer service was good but I was at a disadvantage in a new town and feel like they upcharged me for a solution they didn’t even know would work. More

Recall and chg oil and rotate tires I bought my car at Youngblood and Daniel Chitwood has been taking care of it since that day. Recently I went in for a recall and because my husband h I bought my car at Youngblood and Daniel Chitwood has been taking care of it since that day. Recently I went in for a recall and because my husband had to be admitted in the hospital in St. Louis Daniel explained the situation to some of his employees. They responded by skipping lunch so that they could get my car ready as soon as possible. Daniel and my husband have become friends through our affiliation with the car being serviced. My husband has always expected the best service and he has never been disappointed. I noticed how Daniel verbally itemized all the charges with my husband before the work began so that there would be no "surprises." When we purchased the car it was a good experience because they were very competitive and that's why we bought from them. I hope to buy all our cars from Youngblood in the future because of the trust and fairness we feel we have with the company. More
