All Smiles! Everyone in the office and service bay had a smile and appeared eager to answer a question or give any help needed. So impressed with waiting area that offered breakfast bars to cocoa to popcorn, and had tablets for customer use at their laptop counter, along with plenty of comfortable seating and magazines and TV available. White-glove clean service bay. Felt more like I had staff and butlers rather than just checking in with service techs. I asked a question about my lease and the techs pointed me to the fleet manager who also took great care of my concerns. Brought my Altima in for warranty work and used their shuttle service (Jack was friendly and prompt each way). When my car was done, it had been washed and had a cold water bottle waiting for me when I got in to drive home. 'WOW service'. More

I explained to Andy the problem and he took it from there. I told him that I didn’t want anything done that was not necessary. When I picked up my truck they did exactly what Andy and I had discussed. Additionally, the truck was washed, the tires were even cleaned, and there was a bottle of water in the truck for me. Janet & Gale We were on the road due to a family emergency when our low tire pressure warning came on . We pulled into Youngblood Nissan for help. Unfortunately We were on the road due to a family emergency when our low tire pressure warning came on . We pulled into Youngblood Nissan for help. Unfortunately the tire could not be repaired, so we bought new tires. The whole process was less than 90 minutes start to finish! Daniel in service was absolutely wonderful! Service techs were great! We were able to continue our trip to Cape Girardeau with peace of mind. Thank you so much Daniel & crew! More

Excellent Service Department I took my car for its second oil change and tire rotation. Andy was the service specialist who helped me. I would give him 5 stars all of the time. They knew I was in a hurry so Andy made sure that my car was taken care of as quickly as possible because I had to get back to work. While I was there I was also impressed with the Toys for Tots celebration that was going on inside. The showroom was full of toys for children that were less fortunate. There was also a concert being given by the young children from one of the schools. It was quite amazing. And I thank y'all for doing that each year. I was focusing today in my review on the service department. Thank you so much for the kind service. When I got back in my car to go to work they had left me a water bottle inside and given me a ticket for a car wash at a later time since I had been in a hurry that day. Andy was just very kind he is always very kind, and all of the people in the service department are. I just really appreciate it. I was almost in tears on my way back to work because they made it so easy and so stress-free. Thank you so much. And may God bless you all and have a happy holiday. More
