JUST OUT STANDING They went above and beyond getting new trani. When I had to take it right back for the rear seal they stepped up on their dime and rectified it. My sunroof malfunctioned 1,500 miles before my warranty expired. The warranty company didn’t cover replacing the sunroof, so the team at Youngblood thoroughly inspected other parts of my car while they ha expired. The warranty company didn’t cover replacing the sunroof, so the team at Youngblood thoroughly inspected other parts of my car while they had it. They found something else that was wrong, fixed it under the warranty, and provided a rental car. Within a week, my sunroof malfunctioned again. Youngblood worked to get the warranty company to cover replacing the sunroof and provided a rental car. They (Daniel) provided phenomenal communication throughout the process and truly went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of in a timely manner. More
