We had gone to look at a used Rogue last Saturday and were looking to take it home that day. However, we were not able to agree on a price and we ended up walking away without a car. That following Monday, the price was dropped on the same vehicle which was very disappointing. We ended up visiting several dealerships in the area and could not find a car that we liked as much as the Rogue at Tom Masano nor were the salesmen as knowledgable or helpful. Our salesman, Pete, was very helpful and treated us very well which is why we ended up going back to do business with them. I am extremely happy with my "new" vehicle and the friendliness we received from Pete and the guy who I completed my paperwork with. I just wish we could have came to a deal before having them drop the price! It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. More

Our salesman Pete Morrotto was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, very professional, and friendly! I would recommend him to my friends and family. We were at 2 other dealerships before this one, one wouldn't help us after we denied their offer, and the other thought they would help us by trying to put us into a more expensive vehicle. Tom Masano hit a home run on first vehicle we looked at. They not only came in where we were asking, but WELL Below the monthly payment we were hoping for! This was our first purchase at Tom Masano Mitsubishi and was well worth the 35 Mile Drive, and will make it again in the future for next vehicle purchase. Thanks Tom Masano for getting us in our Certified Pre-owned Mitsubishi Outlander SE 4WD, and meeting all our request with the financing! More

First stop the dealers close to home. Tom Masano Mitsubishi at 3814 Pottsville Pike, Route 61 The sales consultant Pete Morrotto. We arrived just as he was leaving for the day. He was very welcoming, very pleasant, and extremely patient. We didn't get that uncomfortable sale pitch experience. He combine his sales education and his approachable character with a comforting experience. My husband left with a vehicle of his own choice and is very pleased, with his newer used vehicle that fix's his budget. We will recommend Pete Morrotto to any one looking for a vehicle. More

daughters first car My daughter Leanna went to Tom Masano's on RT 61 and had a not so good experience. Then went to the super Center and had an even worse experience with a salesman named Jim Then went to Mitsubishi and had a salesman named Ashton Glaze....what a wonderful salesman ! He turned my daughters first time buying experience bad into great !!!!!!!! We would like to also thank Ryan the finance adviser. Over all I will be going back to Tom Masanos for my next vehicle ....Ford explorer. Thank you for all your help Ashton! Keep up the great work. Pam Kopicki More
Worst customer service experience ever!!! I bought a used Lancer Evolution from Tom Masano a year and a half ago, In that amount of time it's been back for 6 warranty repairs! Every time I g I bought a used Lancer Evolution from Tom Masano a year and a half ago, In that amount of time it's been back for 6 warranty repairs! Every time I get the car back a new problem arises within a couple weeks. The answer I always get is "good thing you have that warranty". I think the only people who are glad I have a warranty is Masano's because they're the ones getting rich off of repairing the same car every 3 months. This last time they kept my car for 2 months and then never even called me to let me know it was "fixed". 6 days later and the check engine light is back on. I wouldn't take another car from them if it was free!!! More

It was very clear, from the moment I told them I wanted to sell my car, that I was of less interest to them. This is a shame, since I bought the car from them a few years ago. When the "manager" finally got around to looking at my car, which had some superficial damage but was mechanically sound, he was very condescending as he refused to buy the car. As I already stated, there was a bit of damage to the front end. He made it sound as if I was driving an absolute clunker. He said "Well, we do buy cars here, but I have to be able to make money on them. The damage to your front end alone would cost me too much to fix. I mean, you could try selling it at one of those 'we buy anything' places." And I wish there was a font I could write this in that would show how snide and awful he was. Regardless of the condition of the car (which would cost about $250 to fix if I did it myself), there is no reason to treat someone who has been nothing but nice to you like garbage. They might be nice to you when you buy a car, but it is very clear that all they want is your money. More
I was having trouble with the bank that I normally finance through giving me the amount I needed, among many different issues (USAA). The Financial Manager here at Masano was able to get me what I ne finance through giving me the amount I needed, among many different issues (USAA). The Financial Manager here at Masano was able to get me what I needed at a ridiculously low interest rate. 5% as apposed to 13.24% from USAA. Brian the manager, along with my Salesman Julian Carabello, stayed later than their business hours to make sure I was taken care of and ready to go when I needed to be. That pretty much set the tone for my experience. They will work with you and try there absolute best to make sure you get what you need to take home the car you want. More
