We went to Tom Masano looking for a used Mitsubishi Outlander. While the sales staff was friendly, we were repeatedly reminded that we didn't call ahead (first time a deal ever complained about that to Outlander. Aside from that they would not budge on the price and undervalued our trade in. On top of that they wanted to charge us $200 for not using one of their lenders! That was the final straw, and while they had good quality cars, we can find them cheaper elsewhere and without paying $200 for walking in with a check! They were very great, excellent, we could keep going on and on. They got the sale done very quickly and gave us very fair prices and were very nice and respectful. THEY LIE - I went with documentation in hand for Kelly Blue Book, NADA and Edmunds which I was told was a fair starting point for trade in value. I got there and they offered less although they have relisted my vehicle showing excellent condition. I was told that the resale listing price of my vehicle would be a certain amount for them to be competitive and able to sell my trade in, so being a reasonable person, I agreed to the deal on the trade in understanding that they need to resell. THEY LIED! Wound up relisting my trade in for $1800 more then they said was a good retail price. Don't be low balled by these guys. I like to believe that I am a fair and reasonable person. I like to give others the benefit of the doubt as well. Last time I go to them and will be sure to spread the word as much as possible not to go to them since they operate like xxxxxxxx. They would have been much better off not trying to use a resale price as part of the negotiations! Just looking for fair treatment and they shafted me! More
I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris Karr during a recent vehicle purchase at Tom Masano Mitsubishi. I must honestly say, I have purchased many vehicles in the past but I have never had a sal during a recent vehicle purchase at Tom Masano Mitsubishi. I must honestly say, I have purchased many vehicles in the past but I have never had a salesman who was as friendly and as HONEST as Chris was. Unlike other salesman I have encountered before, at no point during the discussion did Chris ever seem pushy or impatient. I admire him for this as sometimes I can be quite indecisive. I think I had Chris show me 4 or 5 different vehicles before I found "the one" haha. He never once seemed annoyed during this whole process, as I'm sure a lesser salesman would have. He took the time to answer all of my questions and even offered to bring a vehicle in from another lot in order to show it to me. He went out of his way in order to get me the best financing rate he possibly could and even worked with me on an extended warranty. Because of my interactions with Chris, I now recommend Tom Masano to everyone I talk to about buying a new vehicle. It was such a nice surprise to have this turn out to be such a pleasant experience! I had a wonderful experiance at a great dealership. My saleman George Marcincin was so friendly and not pushy at all, made me feel comfortable. George felt like a friend and not a salesman. Besides buying a house it's our second most expensive object. The gentleman that did all my paper work was also very friendly and made me feel like family. Sorry I forgot his name. My last three cars have all been Hondas, my neighbors have all bought Hondas because of my big mouth, and a couple of my co-workers. Hopefully I can start to presuade them into looking at the Mitsubishi, and at least walking in the door of Tom Masano and have the same experiance I have had. I just by chance walked in the door, because I saw a Lancer on the road and it looked very nice. I just walked in the door to look and George made me feel so comfortable, that we chatted about other things then cars, and made me a great deal that I could'nt say no too. I'm very proud to be an owner of a Lancer and look forward to meeting Randy and Randy 2.0 of the service team.(lol) Thanks, Scott More
Chris Karr the internet manager at Tom Masano's was awesome to deal with! I have bought a lot of cars over the years but this by far was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I bought a new Evo and I can not believe how well Chris and the rest of the staff there treated me! Brian the finance guy explained everything thoroughly and took his time answering the questions I had. Chris actually sold me the car before I even saw it! He was laid back, very nice to talk too and went into a lot of detail when showing me the car. He took his time with me and did not pressure me at all. I tell everyone about my great experience at Tom Masano's. I will definitely be back to see Chris and the guys at Masano again! More

However, the dealership was busy and the salesperson was trying to take care of several of us at once. I feel more personal attention would have been beneficial for me in answering my questions about the car. It took more time than necessary because of waiting for him to finish with others. Overall, my experience was good. I would buy there again. More
