Bill is a man of integrity and didn't push (not your average car salesman) or try to force me into a deal. I had my last car for 17 years, and I was prepared for the old-fashioned salesman. Bill got us a great deal and found that my perfect car had just arrived on the lot. We were there a long time, but when we left I was driving my new Ford Escape. I will send everyone I know to this dealership. And by the way...stay away from Pacifico Ford. Hard-sell types. Yuck! More

Above and beyond service ! I gave soringfield ford service center the rating I did because of a Gentlemen named Calvin. After a long work day I went to pull away from the job.( I gave soringfield ford service center the rating I did because of a Gentlemen named Calvin. After a long work day I went to pull away from the job.(Im a carpenter/contractor and had a total blowout. Went to change the tire and another service center had lost the key for the spare tire on my 2017 f250. I was blocking an alley so had to drive on the tire a couple miles over to Springfield Ford. Calvin was the first person I saw when I came in and I think he saw the look of exhaustion and frustration on my face. I had purchased the tire care package when I bought the truck. He said leave him the truck for the night and he will call me when it's ready. While I was there I had inquired about an extra key for the f250 because they have a chip in them. Again Calvin said I will let you know when I call you back. Long story short Calvin called me back the only cost was for the new key he had made. They replaced the key for the spare tire installed a new tire realigned it and fixed the damaged rim. The tire care had covered the costs. I was expecting a big bill and a few days without my worktruck. So I just wanted to thank Calvin and his team at Springfield ford! More
