We have recommended Paul to other family members and Paul has been able to help them too. From a service perspective, we have found the dealership to be reasonable in price, quality and only repairing what needs to be repaired. Most repairs we had done were covered under warranty without discussion. The few items we had to pay for, for example tires, we found were cheaper here than their competitors. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than other Ford dealers. That is why we keep coming back to Springfield Ford. More
