Steve work tirelessly to give me the best deal on the Lincoln I purchased and the most for my trade in. He has followed up on a regular basis since I've purchased the Navigator and it is clear he really does care about his customers, which speaks volumes not only about his character, but about the business he works for. I truly am impressed by the vehicle I purchased and the company I purchased it from. There have been a few extremely minor issues with the vehicle all of which have been covered by warranty and the dealership has gone above and beyond to take care of them. Mike the Lincoln service manager has been an invaluable asset to that end and Lou in the body shop was also! I can honestly say that as long as the level of service doesn't deviate, Springfield Ford Lincoln has a customer for life and Steve will have a client for life also!
