Bob Flick, by far the best Bob Flick gave me the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. He answered any questions I had, as well as my Uncle. When I walked in I told Bob Flick gave me the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. He answered any questions I had, as well as my Uncle. When I walked in I told him that if my Uncle Bruce didn't think it was a good deal, then I wouldn't purchase a car. My Uncle was so impressed with Bob's patience with all of our questions and the time he took to get me a vehicle that was in my budget and to give me all the information I needed. We took up most of Bob's day and left with the perfect car for me. Bob always chats with me whenever I am in for a service. He always remembers that I'm in grad school and asks about my family. I'm used to people not remembering my name at a dealership, let alone anything about my family or that I'm going to school. I'm so glad I went to Springfield Ford and even more glad that Bob was my Sales Consultant. He is definitely one of the sweetest people I've ever met and never fails to put a smile on my face. More
