Dealing with Darrell was completely the opposite. He actually took the time to get to know us and we had a fantastic conversation before we even took the test drive. Very laid back guy. He made the experience stress free. Rita was also fantastic. Any questions after the sale that I had she was right there answering them. If I had questions after I bought the car she was right there on the phone with me doing everything she could to help me out with very quick responses. Before leaving she also gave me her cell in case I had further questions, which I did and she was again right there to answer. This dealership gets top scores in my book. More

My Experience at Springfield Ford While my wife and I accompanied our son in leasing another Ford Fusion with Bill Williams handling the process ( and he did a very professional job ) While my wife and I accompanied our son in leasing another Ford Fusion with Bill Williams handling the process ( and he did a very professional job ) I asked Mr. Williams to give me some information re: leasing a Ford Escape. I had already been working with a Toyota dealership re: leasing Rav 4 and a Nissan dealership re: leasing a Rogue. After working with Mr. Williams and then following up with Toyota and Nissan, the decision became very clear that Springfield Ford was presenting the fairest and most desirable vehicle purchase. Bill Williams was professional, cordial, and helpful throughout the entire process and although he obviously wanted us to go with Springfield Ford and the Escape, he never pressured us in an uncomfortable manner - actually having some good humor during the whole time. In the end , although we liked the Rav 4 and the Rogue, we felt it was eventually the right choice to go with Springfield Ford and the Ford Escape. My wife and I truly appreciated the way we were treated by Mr. Williams who never rushed us, never pressured us, and never tried to force our decision. When we left Springfield Ford with our new Ford Escape we felt extremely comfortable and confident about our decision - Bill Williams deserves a lot of credit for making our positive experience happen.
