I dealt with Larry Basilio a sales agent who was very low pressure, no hype, no nonsense, and fair. The whole deal was fast, accurate and went smoothly with out any problems at all. We had difficulty getting financing for a young adult with literally ZERO credit, even with a person with good credit co-signing. They applied to many agencies until they were successful. We also found a defect with our new car before we took ownership. They made it right, pushing to the front of the line in the shop, getting it to us in a timely manner. Even though Springfield Ford is an hour from my house in NJ, I would buy from here again! More
