Springfield Ford has had my car for four months! I do not know why anyone would purchase a Ford Focus or go to Springfield Ford. My 2017 has been in the Springfield shop since 12 February for an engi I do not know why anyone would purchase a Ford Focus or go to Springfield Ford. My 2017 has been in the Springfield shop since 12 February for an engine problem. It is 6 June. The Ford dealer has had it longer than I could drive it and it has less than 5k miles. I have had no communication since 15 May from Ford. A new car under full warranty and it has been in the shop four months. They could have easily provided a new car by now with what has been paid to Enterprise rental. No contact from the dealer General Manager or Ford. Avoid this car avoid this dealer. More
