This was my first time with Scott who quickly assisted me as Jamie was with another customer. He promised me my car would be done in one hour for a recall item and it was complete in 58 mins.an was just as p as Jamie was with another customer. I have found from the salesman, Ibramin, who sold me my car, and it took many trips and driving him crazy while I made up my mind to buy and still comes and greets me everytime he sees me, to Eric who helped me take out an extended warrenity, to Jamie who has never failed to be of utmost help anytime I had a problem. I even had my daughter buy her pre-owned honda from this dealer with an extended warrenity, because of the kindness and careing employees of Srpingfield Acura. My new Acura RDX had a windshield crack for more than a week now which I believe it was due to a manufacturer defect. I had challenging to get this issue resolved. Had warranty work done for navigation. Brought in initially at the end of April and they were able to diagnose the problem and order the parts. Repair was fast done right! All I can say is from start to finish these guys are the best dealer service that I have ever had. Rob went over and above what I asked for and the entire team was very professional and friendly. When we went over the car Rob pointed out a few minor blemishes in the paint he thought he could take care of and did just that. Picked up the car, it was spotless and all work was perfectly done. Also supplied loaner car. I live almost an hour away from this dealer and needless to say I will be taking my car there every time I need any dealer service done. In that review, I was remiss in neglecting to mention that, in spite of what I consider excessively high costs & labor rates, this service center has also consistently extended courtesy discounts and, on several occasions, courtesy service in which I was not charged at all for the service provided. I mentioned in my previous review, and I repeat here, that over the past 10 years, this service department has excelled in customer service, courtesy, and respect, as it continues to do so to this day. Consequently, as I have changed my address twice since first visiting this dealer, I continue to take my car there for service, even though it is significantly farther from my residence than other Acura dealers, and I will likely continue to do so in the foreseeable future. I highly recommend this dealership for its service department. More
