We went to buy 2012 MDX and the experience was superb. Richard Passananti was the sales guy and he took very good care of us. He never pressured us to make an offer like other sales people. He helped us in deciding between MDX Base and MDX Tech models, listening to our needs patiently. He gave us a very good price and it matched to the best price that I got over the internet from various dealers. We made an offer on the same day as the price was the best compared to any other dealer in NJ/NY area. The documentation process was pretty simple and he told us where to sign and explained why are we signing at each box. It was all over in just 1 hour. If anyone looking to buy Acura in NJ area, Richard is your guy. He's a well mannered professional. I have referred all my friends to Richard. Oh yeah 1 more thing, the hot chocolate at Springfield Acura is really good, you should try it when you go there. More
Sandro was super; not only was he polite, he took the time to go over and explain all of the maintenance that needed to be done by phone and went above and beyond to help. I came in for "A" service and the service I received exceeded my expectations. Because an overall check was done on the car, it revealed I needed a new battery and thatnk goodness it was still received exceeded my expectations. Because an overall check was done on the car, it revealed I needed a new battery and thatnk goodness it was still covered under warranty. I also had a nail stuck in my tire that I wasn't aware of. The overall check discovered it before my car notification kicked in. I was lucky that I was not stopped in the winter with a dead battery. Quay explained everything in detail and had everything fixed almost 10 to 15 minutes earlier than he promised. I like this type of service and I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Thank you. Quay was very helpful and knowledgeable with every question that i asked. He was also aware of the steering wheel and the clutch extended warranty and checked if it had to be updated or replaced.
