My recent experience with this dealership had been stellar. I had another dealership whose tech had cut the wires leading to the valve for the vacuum feeding off of the injector rail. They had cut the stellar. I had another dealership whose tech had cut the wires leading to the valve for the vacuum feeding off of the injector rail. They had cut the wires off just as close to the plug-in connector as possible so that merely reconnecting them would be impossible. The tech/ mechanic was able to work his magic and connect new wires into the connector. The entire wiring harness would have to been replaced if he had been unable to do this. I cannot thank him enough. I was told that the wiring harness was on back order and they were not sure when or if they would actually be getting it. So thank you for getting my truck back running again. I would give Springdale Ford a great thumbs up for anything you need to get done on your vehicle More
