After i took in my car for an oil change, the shield for the engine wasn’t closed correctly which made me have to service it again. I had to service it in Honda Buena Park because I wasn’t in the area just the engine wasn’t closed correctly which made me have to service it again. I had to service it in Honda Buena Park because I wasn’t in the area just to find out that the shield wasn’t well clipped! Good thing rep. there didn’t charged me anything because they didn’t have the original clip for it but that made me to take back to Loma the next morning just so it could be replaced with the original parts. i’m disappointed and now questioned if my vehicle taken well cared while being serviced. More
Ramy Hasaballa has abhorred customer service. I brought my car to get serviced for the air conditioning today with appointment and that did not happen which wasn’t the big issue. He was arrogant to me and acted like I knew how services worked at your location like as if I am employee or a mechanic. And when we were trying to reschedule my appointment he was so pushy telling me it could only be at 8am and I have school and work so I was trying to figure out a time and he was cutting me off being so rude. I told him I could todo Thursday May 18th. And now I am thinking of seriously canceling my appointment and taking my car somewhere else cuz on top of that when I tried to reschedule for next week and he told me next week, I now get a confirmation email that my appointment is not until May 25th. So please contact me I would love to hear how this could be resolved and if I do happen to come back I never want to be helped by Ramy Hasaballa again as this is my second incident with him. Oh and plus when I asked him his name he told me Ronnie and my husband was their to confirm I’m glad I took his card to get his actual name. And I will be writing a google and yelp review. More
