If anyone is looking for an honest dealership this is the place to be. I came in to spreen honda last friday and asked to have my front brakes replaced, because goodyear had told me they needed to be replac place to be. I had my 2001 Accord in for a red SRS light that happened to come on a few days earlier. Kiel Coles greeted me with a great attitude and within 15 minutes, he told me that my car had warranty on the seat be to come on a few days earlier. And I was expecting to pay several hundred dollars for the repair, instead, they gave me a free carwash, repaired my Honda, coffee and donuts, without paying a cent. I will definately come back to Spreen Honda and Kiel Coles again! More

I got my car serviced at Spreen and the service advisor's name was Kiel Coles. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I take my car to Spreen Honda for service, my service guy Kiel always has me in/out of there very quickly and to top it off my car even gets washed. My I.D. dropped inside of the e brake of my cousin's car and I couldn't get it out. I got there and Keil said to give him 5 minutes and he got it out! Against my better judgment, I took my '05 element in to have the window regulator replaced and get an oil change. They called back with the parts/labor price and I was shocked. $380+! I had already looked up the part since I was considering replacing it myself and knew it was around $100. I was expecting the parts/labor to be around $200. I told them I would call back and let them know if I wanted them to proceed. I called Riverside Honda immediately to get their price. I had previously had a very positive, honest interaction with someone from Riverside Honda over the phone. Sure enough, they were happy to give me their price for the part and the labor. It was less than $250...which was over $100 less than Spreen's price. AND...he said I could bring it in "within the hour." Wonderful! If I ever buy another Honda it will be from Riverside Honda...and I'll be taking our car there for service from now on. I shouldn't have been surprised, but I was. Spreen was charging for labor what Riverside was charging for the entire job. Nearly half again as much! I called Spreen back and got them to match Riverside's price, so they get a thumbs-up for that...but I won't be taking my chances with their service prices ever again. I'll just skip the hassle and drive the extra miles to Riverside, where they seem to treat their customers with respect and don't over-charge. More
