Dropped off my vehicle on Friday August 12th for an inspection and did not receive my vehicle until august 14th. I had no communication from my advisor Caesar Galindo. I was told that I wouldn’t receiv inspection and did not receive my vehicle until august 14th. I had no communication from my advisor Caesar Galindo. I was told that I wouldn’t receive my vehicle until Saturday, August 13 because the dealership close at 4 PM and I dropped off my vehicle at 3:15 PM which is perfectly fine. I understand that they close. Saturday rolls around and I expect to hear from my vehicle early because it was dropped off the previous day. I did not get an update text on my vehicle until 1:15pm on Saturday and the text was only a link to a very poor quality video and NO description on what I was going on with my car inspection. I was at work so I texted back (like it advised on your website and text messages) asking if my advisor Cesar Galindo could please explain to me what was going on with my car, I only responded about 30 minutes later and I received no response. I couldn’t contact them until after I was off at 4:30 but at that time it was too late they were closed. My fiancé called the next day to see what was going on and whoever picked up was extremely rude and said that hey were closed and that the person working on my car wouldn’t be back until Monday. Still no one telling me what is going on with my car what so ever. Monday comes I can not make it to the dealership until 3:30pm because of work. I see my advisor Cesar Galindo, and at first doesn’t recognize me which is fine I’m sure he helps dozens of customers but what really disappointed me and makes me not want to come back to your dealership is Mr. Galindo’s awful customer service. I asked him why I wasn’t contacted him and why I had no information on my car and he shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know I was off.” So because he was off now I don’t get a proper update as a paying customer on my car that I brought in to get it diagnose. Mr. Galindo did provide 15% off of my service but that wasn’t the problem his attitude was horrendous and irresponsible and he took no accountability. No one apologized I still don’t know why no one contacted me and why this fell through the cracks. I exclusively come to spreen honda for all my car needs. Just on 8/7 I took my car for a B1 service and I had excellent service like always but because of your advisor Mr. Galindo I will not be getting the service I need to get done at your dealership because I no longer trust you to give me proper updates on my vehicle. I am a paying customer and I’m not asking for VIP service but I at least expect to be updated on my property and If something happens for it to be resolved with customer care. But I do not feel like Mr. Galindo represents your company well and provides excellent customer care. Because of that I will now think twice about coming to this dealership when i used to exclusively take my car here. More

I bought a car at this dealership in 2014 and came back yesterday to buy another one. Yuliana made the process and experience so easy, memorable and just overall excellent. I brought in my 2007 Honda Accord after overheating. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $189, and told I would need to replace my cooling system, at a cost of $2200. They told me I needed a new radiator cap for $19. I just drove my car 1000 miles to Oregon, no issues with my new $19 radiator cap. Johnny Torrez was my service manager. I shared the new repair bill, and asked that Spreen Honda refund my $189 diagnostic fee, which was clearly wrong. Johnny agreed that it would be refunded. It has been two weeks since that conversation. My fee has not been refunded, and my texts to Johnny have been ignored. Shameful. More
