Unbelievable. My wife's 2018 Civic has been a nightmare with air conditioning issues. After having to replace a compressor among other parts a year ago, the air co My wife's 2018 Civic has been a nightmare with air conditioning issues. After having to replace a compressor among other parts a year ago, the air conditioning again failed 3 months ago, and we had it recharged until I could bring it in here. I brought it in last month with another issue (some napkins had gotten up through the cabin air filter), and had it fixed after paying their diagnosis fee. I reiterated that there was another issue, that I suspected a leak because we'd already had to have the system recharged. I paid my diagnosis fee, and they told me everything was fine. BUT, here I am a month later, and no cold air. You'd think they'd work with me, but no. Salesman Vince says that I need to pay another $400 diagnosis fee, for the car they just looked at a month prior and apparently found no issue with. I was told that if it was a part under warranty, it would go towards that. If it isn't, I'm out $400 on top of whatever it takes to fix it. I'm sick and tired of sinking money into this xxxx car's air conditioning because Honda can't seem to get things right. I walked out. More

Every time I go in for any service my car needs it is quick and easy. The last two times I’ve gone the service advisor, Jesse, is so helpful and takes the time to explain everything and once the service quick and easy.
