Sebastian recently handled a problem I had with Apple Car Play not working in my 2018 Honda Fit. It was very important for me to get this fixed as I needed to use MAPS for an emergency trip- the very next day, so time was of the essence!. Sebastian was kind, professional, concerned. Honda Tech had to be consulted to resolve the issue--amazingly, I was on my way as soon as they got the directions from Honda, and followed them.
