ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!!! First of all I am very grateful that I purchased my vehicle here about two months ago and also that I took it here to get it serviced! I had a nail in First of all I am very grateful that I purchased my vehicle here about two months ago and also that I took it here to get it serviced! I had a nail in my tire and attempted to take it to Rock Honda in Fontana (completely regret it) because it was closer to me. Rock Honda gave me the complete run around and told me that I had to pay out of pocket to replace my tire because it was unpatchable(the nail was on the side of the tire) I have Honda care on my vehicle (thank goodness I purchased it when I got my car) so it is covered under the Honda care since its my 4 original tires. I called Rock they told me they were not going to replace it under warranty because its not covered. I called Spreen Honda they told me to bring it in, so when I did the Service Rep Derrick took my car in and took care of it no issues at all he has very considerate, friendly and professional and im very thankful that he took care of my car!! I definitely recommend buying and servicing your vehicles here! Im willing to take the drive from Fontana to Loma Linda because I appreciate how nice and professional everyone here is!! It only took about 1 hr for the service to be completed which is fantastic considering it was a Sunday and how many vehicle they were working on! 5????? More
