The cost was great because I already had looked around at other dealerships but Spreen Honda prices were better than other dealerships in the area. Just a note on this visit this visit I had my rotors turned, new brakes, oil change and they fixed my recalled airbag and they fixed bushings on my vehicle under warranty. This was my first time taking my vehicle to spreen for service, I came in about an hour before I needed to be at work, I had originally planned to use This was my first time taking my vehicle to spreen for service, I came in about an hour before I needed to be at work, I had originally planned to use the complimentary shuttle spreen offers, since I was only 4 miles away from work. my service advisor was Johnny and he was a very enthusiastic and friendly guy, I came in to just get an oil change and get my wipers replaced since spreen had a coupon available, Johnny ended up telling me about this additive that goes with the oil change, that would benefit a high mileage vehicle like my Accord, so I went with that. I ended up having to call for an Uber because I couldn’t wait for the shuttle, it was getting closer to the time I needed to be at work, and the customer lobby seemed quite busy considering how early it was on a weekday. the service took about 2 hours, I received a text which was pretty convenient, and Johnny called to let me know it was finished. I Uber’d back to the dealer, my car was washed, and ready to go! All in all it was a 5 star experience, I only wish I could have been able to utilize the free shuttle rather than paying, but that More
