Helpful Honda really does exist! I brought my car in and asked for them to do the regular maintenance, fix a stick button on the dash and look at the driver seat that had snapped at t I brought my car in and asked for them to do the regular maintenance, fix a stick button on the dash and look at the driver seat that had snapped at the chair molding. When they called with the estimate I had to forego the seat as I just couldn’t afford the fix and it was more luxury than necessity in my life at this time. I recently quit my job to care for my two small grandchildren-3 and 1, so money is tight. What a wonderful surprise to hear that Honda has picked up the tab! A big thank you to my wonderful service tech for making it happen! I wouldn’t have believed someone was doing something for me if I did t see my beautiful new seat molding with my own eyes! Oh and the dash button is fixed and working great! Thank you Spreen Honda for taking care of me and my Pilot.
