Replacing a defective part. My 2018 Honda Civic EX had a defective electronic part. It took two visits to solve the problem because the first visit the replacement part was also My 2018 Honda Civic EX had a defective electronic part. It took two visits to solve the problem because the first visit the replacement part was also defective. So it took further revaluation and they needed to order a different part. It took about a week and a half to get the part. I gave five stars because I don't blame the service department for the delay or defective part because this was a rare occurrence. The technician did a great job and my Honda runs perfect. More
