In and out It was my only day off and my car was serviced pretty quickly. I would’ve done my tuneup and valve adjustment as well but you guys are pretty pricey o It was my only day off and my car was serviced pretty quickly. Having a sense that they care about you and the problems of your car is a calming feeling rather than feeling that you're just being herded in and out among dozens of other customers just to make a profit for the day's quota. Spreen Honda employees and Reps really seem to enjoy helping their customers and making you feel like you're a part of their family. The only bad issue I had was being required to come back one week after a prior maintenance service for "poor quality of work" done by an "express maintenance" mechanic, who reported that my brakes were in good condition (7mm front and rear), however, I was required to come back 7 days later due to squealing brakes, only to find out both the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced because they were down to (3mm rear, and 1 mm front). I appreciate the Customer Service Rep who spoke to the Manager about the problem and he was willing to waive the "labor" charges and I would only have to pay for the parts. That type of customer service is exceptional to help relieve some financial pressure... although further inspections showed that my car also needed other major maintenance repairs. Unfortunately, I left with a $996 service charge, but I won't forget the good customer service. More
